Our Story
Our owner team started off as licensed financial brokers in Scotland in the mid 1990’s. In 2009 the business moved it’s base to Spain to focus on the second home market.
PFI was started 2021, by founding partner Peter Redrin, and is today an international broker company focused on arranging the financing of projects for property developers and investors. We have created a large international network of alternative lenders, equity partners, funds and private banks to finance purchases, new construction, renovation, and equity release.
We can organize both debt solutions and equity needed for purchase and construction, inside the range of 1 million € up to 250 million €. We work with villa projects, multi family residential, hotels and other commercial projects.
We are based in Spain but act on the international arena, organizing property project financing inside and outside Europe. Our international team has many years of experience in financing, real estate, property development and speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German.
We are a consultant company, but we only charge a success fee if you complete with financing that we organized.
