Our Project Management team supports all projects across our Financial Solutions and Performing Assets divisions. The responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including asset and project due diligence, development planning, documentation, establish and coordinate local execution teams for each project and monitor progress to ensure alignment with timelines and financial objectives.
Our Performing Assets team collaborates closely with investors and operators to source opportunities aligned with their specific investment focus. We act as a trusted partner across the entire lifecycle combining asset sourcing, project management, financing and development expertise. We enable our investors to acquire and develop high-quality assets with above-average yield potential.
