PFI Alliance is a real estate group supporting investors and developers across Europe. 

Our Financial Solutions team sources both equity and debt for real estate transactions, across all asset classes. We work with a partner network of institutional lenders, family offices, and our own investment vehicles in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Our Performance Assets team collaborates closely with investors to source opportunities aligned with their specific investment focus. We act as a trusted partner across the entire lifecycle combining asset sourcing, project management, and development expertise.

Our Project Management team supports all initiatives across our Financial Solutions and Performing Assets divisions. The responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including asset due diligence, development planning and project execution.

Our Story

Founded in 2009, the business started in Spain to focus on financing purchases on the second-home market. The Property Finance International (PFI) brand was launched in 2021, and PFI is now growing steadily as an international real estate group with the mother company in Switzerland and entities and teams spread out over Europe. 

Over time, we have built a team of international experts  and an extensive network of industry professionals, including real estate investors, lenders, developers and operators. 

Our international team brings extensive experience in real estate financing, project management and property development operating in multiple languages, including English, Scandinavian, Spanish, Italian, German, and French.

Or projects are spread out in the southern parts of Europe, but every year we are extending in more countries, soon also on other continents.
