We can also help both companies and private individuals to release equity from existing assets, and private individuals who needs a bridge or mortgage to purchase a property.

We are based in Spain but act on the international arena, organizing property project financing inside and outside Europe.

Our international team has many years of experience in financing, real estate, property development and speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German.

From application to funds available with debt, the timeline is normally 6-8 weeks. For equity it can go as fast as 3-4 weeks.

Financial Solutions

Development Loans

When you are planning to purchase land with a ready project planned what to build, but you are short on equity. Alternative lenders will finance up to 75% of the total project cost (LTC).

Construction Loans

When you have purchased a plot and only need a loan for the construction part of the project. Alternative lenders and banks will finance up to 100% of the construction cost.

Purchase Loans

When you like to buy an existing ready built property, maybe renovate or extend, and then sell it. Alternative lenders will finance up to 75% of the total cost (LTC).

Equity

Our equity partners will finance up to 100% of the equity you need for land and other property purchases.

Mortgages

When you like to buy or build a property as a private person our banks will finance up to 70% of the total cost (LTC).
