From application start to funds available the timeline is normally 8-10 weeks.

Financial Solutions

Development Loans

When you are planning to purchase land with licenses ready, but you are short on equity, our lenders finance up to 75% of the total project cost.

Construction Loans

When you have purchased a plot and only need a loan for the construction costs, our lenders and will finance 100% of the construction cost.

Purchase Loans

When you like to buy an existing liquid property, our lenders will finance up to 70% of the total purchase price.

Equity

Our international equity partners will finance up to 70% of the equity you need for land and other property purchases.

Mortgages

When you like to buy properties to let, our lenders will finance up to 65% of the purchase in long term interest only solutions.

Refinance

When you have existing properties and need to refinance existing loans or release equity, our lenders will finance up to 65% on your valuations.
